We have blocked guest rooms with very affordable rates:

Guestrooms: Executive King Room $169: Please note that all rates are quoted in CANADIAN DOLLARS, applicable to the room portion only, and subjected to the applicable taxes (Lodging tax: 3.50% per room, per night, GST: 5%, and QST: 9.975%).  Rates are based on single or double occupancy; Additional guest: 15$+taxes.
Rates are applicable 3 days pre and post events dates.

Guest room is equipped with:

ACCOMMODATION POLICY

* Open room block: Guests will have to reserve their rooms before September 30th, 2025
* Guest check-in is at 3:00pm; Checkout time is noon.

RESERVATIONS:

PAYMENT

Guests will provide their personal credit card upon reservation of their rooms.

INCIDENTALS & SECURITY DEPOSIT

Guests will provide a valid personal credit card upon arrival to guarantee their total stay, incidentals and the security deposit ($250)

INDIVIDUAL ADJUSTMENT, MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION

Guests that would like to modify or just cancel their reservation will have to do so 48 hours prior to their arrival date.  No cancellations are accepted 24 hours prior to arrival or on the same day.  In case of an early checkout, we charge total stray as per original reservation.
